As we age, we demand specialists in our health needs, so why not in our housing and equity needs as well?  Changes in lifestyle and personal situations can occur quickly and dramatically. Therefore, good real estate planning can be the most important issue for financial security. You want to make the wisest decision you can when selling a home, relocating or making any real estate investment choices.
If you´re thinking of selling, buying or relocating use the experience and knowledge of a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designee to carefully guide you through your transactions.

Who are Seniors Real Estate Specialists®?

Seniors Real Estate Specialists are REALTORS® qualified to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans. A national program since 1998, The Senior Advantage Real Estate Council® (SAREC®) offers a specific designation, SRES®, to identify those members who have successfully completed its education program along with other prerequisites. By earning the SRES® designation, I have demonstrated requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel my senior clients through the major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating or selling the family home. I have received special training, regular updates, and am prepared to offer appropriate options in making life changing decisions.

How can a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® help?

As an SRES® designee I can help you make wise decisions about buying rental property, managing capital gains, or the tax implications of owning real estate, among many other issues.  As an SRES® I can offer relevant information on current trends in senor real estate transactions, and can refer you to other professionals such as attorneys and C.P.A.s who also have specialty interest in senior clientele issues.
