As a Delaware native and realtor, my job is to guide and educate you on the process of  buying or selling real estate in Delaware.  The purpose is to make this task as smooth and stress-free as possible.

My qualifications include being a licensed Delaware realtor, an Accredited Buyers Representative, and Senior Real Estate Specialist.   My goals include specializing in working with seniors.  I will provide you with information to help you make an informed decision regarding the sale or purchase of real estate, especially those regarding 55+ communities.

My business affiliations also include membership in the Real Estate Buyer's Council (REBAC), the Senior Real Estate Council (SREC), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Delaware Association of Realtors (DAR), and the New Castle County Board of Realtors (NCBOR).

Local community involvement include committee memberships with the American Cancer Society's Middletown Relay for Life and the American Association of University Women - Middletown Branch (AAUW).
